Fees

In order to establish a relationship of trust, Maître Audrey GRISOLLE's fees are set in full transparency with the client and in accordance with the ethical rules of the legal profession.

After a preliminary study of the case, the firm will be able to propose several billing options to the customer.

Audrey GRISOLLE strives to offer clients the fee structure best suited to their financial situation.

A fee agreement will be signed between Maître Audrey GRISOLLE and the client to set out the terms and conditions for fixing fees.

The firm offers 4 fee models

Time-based fees

With this formula, the client pays the lawyer by the hour, i.e. the time spent by the lawyer on the case and his hourly rate.

If the client opts for this option, Audrey GRISOLLE will work with him/her to establish a provisional number of hours for handling the case.

Of course, the time spent on a case depends on its complexity.

Flat-rate fees

When this formula is selected, a fixed global fee is paid for the entire procedure. This practice is particularly suited to "standard" cases, where Maître Audrey GRISOLLE is able to accurately estimate the time required to process the file. For example, this type of fee is suitable for a visa application.

Fees based on results

Depending on the outcome of your case, additional remuneration may be agreed.

The result-based fee is an additional remuneration to the following formulas:

  • Time-based fee
  • Flat-rate fee

This formula is calculated on the customer's "gain" following the procedure. This cannot be the only method of remuneration.

Subscription fees

This formula is chosen when the client has periodic or regular recourse to his lawyer for services.

Legal protection

When the client benefits from legal protection through an insurance contract, the firm's fees may be fully or partially covered by the client's insurance company.

Indemnification and reimbursement of fees

The French Code of Administrative Justice (article L. 761-1) and the French Code of Civil Procedure (article 700) allow the court to order the opposing party to reimburse part of the fees and costs incurred in legal proceedings to the customer.
