Audrey GRISOLLE was sworn in in 2018 and is a member of the Paris Bar.
She began her career in an international law firm, where she worked for four years as an associate in the International Arbitration team.
During this experience, she became involved with the Asylum Clinic and was trained by IRAP (International Refugee Assistance Project) to accompany several asylum seekers before the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons(OFPRA).
She then decided to redirect her career in order to devote herself fully to the law on foreign nationals and nationality, and to put her expertise at the service of individuals and companies in their efforts to settle in France.
After three years working in the field of immigration law, Audrey GRISOLLE founded her own firm in 2025.
She speaks fluent French and English.
She is a graduate of theÉcole des Avocats de Paris and holds a Master 2 in International Business Law from the University of Aix-Marseille.
Audrey GRISOLLE is a foreign nationals' lawyer in Paris, assisting companies and individuals with their plans to settle in France, whether for professional or family reasons. She handles visa applications, residence permits (temporary or multi-annual residence permits, resident permits, regularization, exceptional admission to residence) and appeals against refusal of residence or obligations to leave French territory (OQTF).
Drawing on her experience in litigation, she accompanies her clients before the competent courts in the event of an administrative decision being contested, or in the event of an urgent need to obtain a document proving the legality of their situation on French territory (récépissé, APS).
Particularly involved in the field of asylum, Audrey GRISOLLE helps asylum seekers navigate complex OFPRA procedures, and represents them in appeals before the Cour Nationale du Droit d'Asile (CNDA). She has a particular interest in gender-based persecution, and assists female asylum seekers with their claims based on fears of forced marriage or female genital mutilation (excision).
Finally, Audrey GRISOLLE assists her customers with their French nationality-related procedures, whether through naturalization, declaration of nationality or certificate of French nationality (CNF).
Her core values are listening and empathy. She takes the time to understand the needs of each person or company she assists. Her approach is based on the conviction that immigration law is not just a series of administrative procedures, but that it is about protecting real life projects and human trajectories. Her aim is to make the law accessible and comprehensible to her clients, reassuring them in their dealings and offering solutions tailored to their situation.
In line with her values, Audrey GRISOLLE accepts legal aid for appeals before the CNDA and for other litigation, depending on the resources of the person concerned.
The firm also favors the practice of flat-rate fees.
